Ultimate Service Program

Most janitorial and carpet cleaning companies use a “frequency schedule” to price out their carpet cleaning contracts. The problem with a frequency-cleaning program is your employees and customers will be walking across dirty carpet on their way to a carpet area that your company has spent its money cleaning, only because it's scheduled to be cleaned. The cleaning isn’t based on any real need—it’s just based on an arbitrary schedule.

With the Ultimate Service Program, you're only spending the company's money cleaning the carpet that needs cleaning. Effort is targeted where it is most needed—not by estimation, but by observation. This allows you to get the most value from a limited carpet cleaning budget.

With our Ultimate Service Program, the total annual square footage of carpet cleaned is about the same as in the frequency-cleaning program. The difference is in the approach—we clean where it’s needed, not just where it’s scheduled. Instead of a large crew showing up to see how fast they can clean the scheduled area, Rite Rug Floor Care professionals are all trained in the latest floor care technology and are approved by the I.I.C.R.C. (Institute for Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification). We only use Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) approved chemicals and equipment; a certified cleaning process using chemicals and equipment that are safe for your employees and the environment.

Rite Rug is the only StarNet Floor Care certified training center in the nation. Our cleaning and maintenance program is designed around your building’s use and high-traffic areas to sustain the life of your floors, save you money and uphold the carpet manufacturer’s warranty.
 
Our technicians get to know each facility. They know how to clean the building the most efficiently, and where the problem areas are (such as coffee stations, break rooms and gathering spots, and restrooms). Certain areas are cleaned every time the technician is in the building (entranceways, elevators, lobby, cafeteria) and other areas are checked every time and cleaned when needed. Our technicians treat other people who work in the building, such as the Facility Manager, security guards and custodians, as colleagues, and work with them to make sure that any cleaning needs are addressed immediately. Furthermore, we maintain a Control Book of the entire facility that lists what has been cleaned with each visit; the facility manager can list any areas that need immediate or extra attention. Our technician checks this book before making his normal cleaning rounds. It’s an effective, efficient system, and it provides you with the most value for your cleaning dollar.

Creative Hardwood

Rite Rug Creative Hardwood Floors is the hardwood specialty division of Rite Rug. The Creative Hardwood division masters hardwood floor installation and hardwood refinishing for residential, commercial, property management and new construction.

We offer many stain options including hundreds of colors as well as customized colors and our environmentally safe stain and finishes that will protect the quality of the air you breath. Our virtually dust-free sanding and staining process will restore hardwood to its original beauty; making old or worn floors look like new again and shield them from future wear with our special scratch-resistant coating.

We go above and beyond by repairing the floor where necessary, prior to sanding, and our well-trained and experienced staff work with all types of wood products including exotic woods like Tigerwood and traditional woods like oak and Maple.
