• First, we apply a pre-spray selected specifically for your carpet’s fiber.
• Then we perform a top scrubbing. Using a rotary brush works the pre-spray down into your carpet and pad for a deeper, more thorough cleaning. While most companies neglect this step, not Rite Rug. In fact, we think it’s the most important step because it gets at the ground-in dirt and pet hair that can crush carpet pile and shorten the lift of your carpet.
• Finally, we use a truck-mount steam extraction process and a special neutralizing agent that’s mixed in during the rinsing process. This helps to remove all the detergent used during the cleaning process. Most companies do not get all the detergent out of your carpet, which only makes the carpet get dirtier faster after cleaning. Rite Rug’s special rinsing process removes detergent, keeping carpets cleaner longer.
