John our sales rep was fantastic. So down to earth. The installers did such a great job. They immediately got to work when they arrived. Very polite.

Had a fantastic experience with Rite Rug. Couldn’t believe I could get my carpet replaced so quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use them again.

Great experience with Rite Rug on Broad St, Columbus. Earnest, salesperson, stayed within my budget & provided great communication. Installers showed up on time, did quality work & cleaned up too. Very happy with my new carpeting.

While there was a couple of days delay from the manufacturer/shipping, the installation crew was the best we have ever seen in our many years of Building construction, so professional, polite, and complete.

Excellent job but I guess the guy forgot some of the old rug left behind that was stinky. That was,a bummer for us to deal with. Otherwise they did a great job!

When my wife and I arrived at RiteRug we were greeted by Robert who was not only very easy going and a joy to work with, but extremely knowledgeable about the business and he also came and did our measuring. On Wednesday the 30th when the two gentleman came and did our flooring, it was amazing!! They were thorough, efficient, amazingly fast, with a great attention to detail. An excellent job. True craftsman. Thanks

Good shopping at home, good explanation of the process, fair price, good products, efficient team installation of carpets, good cleanup

We had a bunch of questions and Kim Henderson was great at getting back and had answers for them all the installers were very helpful and nice and hardworking. The price was very reasonable and quality was outstanding we are hoping to get carpet for our sanctuary next year and we will call your place first.will also call when I have flooring needs for my house thank you very much St John Church Ron luck

The installation was great. He was professional and fast. I would recommend Riteeuf Flooring anytime!

Everything from beginning to end of project went very smooth. Paul Kendrick saw the project through from start to finish and made sure everything was perfect. Installers were awesome and floors look amazing!

From start to finish everyone was professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Paul Kendrick oversaw the project from start to finish insuring everything went smoothly. Installers were friendly, efficient, clean and professional. Excellent job. Couldn’t be happier. Floors look amazing!

The flooring and carpet are good. The installer on 10/5 was great. The two people that came on Tuesday 10/6. to install the carpet were rude and condescending. They left some of the old carpet lying in my front yard and told me it was my problem. If I hadn’t had such a good experience on 10/5, I would have rated it a zero

I wanted new flooring for a room used a lot. I have coffee every morning and watch television there most evenings. Mitka was wonderful to work with for my project. She is located at the Poth Rd. location. She explained the differences regarding the products available. I took samples home and within the week my new floor was installed. I’m very pleased with the quality of the flooring as well as the value. Urban did the installation and he went above and beyond to do an excellent job. I highly recommend RiteRug and Mitka.

The lady who came to do the initial consult was nice and professional. She was quick and it was obvious she know what she was doing. We had new carpet installed in the whole house. They did an amazing job and it looks great. The transition between the carpet and flooring were immaculate, we didn't have to install anything between them. We're moving and they were great with last minute requests.

Great customer service. Real quality product and top notch installation. Recommend.

The flooring contractors were professional and did a quality job installing LVP in the basement and carpet on the stairs. The staff in the store were very helpful in explaining the installation process and in providing details on the differences in the types and qualities of the flooring.

Great prices and selection. Very knowledgeable!

Our installer was very good. Knew what he was doing and was very neat.
