The salesman, Danny Jobin, is very knowledgeable and obtained precise measurements which avoided any unnecessary costs and over supply. The install crew started the day a man or two down but others joined late in the day. They installed the same day, which took 12 hours, but their determination got the job done. Highly satisfied. Thanks.

The installation was done well/ the scheduling isnt very customer friendly should really tell you when they can come and do your work without having to miss work. Or be open on the weekends to do it it wasn't an option. Other than that, that was impressive of one man carpet land machine.

Jennifer was easy to speak and deal with. The installers did not speak English so communication was a challenge at times. However installers were very accommodating. Only replaced carpet downstairs and bottom step of staircase. Carpet for the bottom step did not match well with replaced downstair carpet. That was disappointing. However, overall satisfied.

The installers did a fantastic job. The only issues we had were the truck broke down on the original day of install & the communication wasn't the best on the follow up day. Once everything got resolved the job went well. Would recommend them!!

Great store. Helped my wife make a selection for new flooring. We had it installed last week and it looks fabulous.

I visited several flooring places before picking Rite Rug. Hands-down, they had the best price for similar products at other places. The installers were efficient and did an amazing job. They managed to get my old flooring out and the new flooring in all in a single day.

Tim was great!! Very prompt and efficient. We even had to have our carpet trimmed down some and rebound and the person who came to do that was finished in half an hour. The rug looks perfect. Would use them again and will recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a rug!!! Very reasonable price too!!! 😊

Excellent job. Very professional.

They missed one of our bedrooms in the estimate. They did come back and do the missed room 2 days later. They badly scuffed door thresholds/ trim in every area they replaced the carpet. We just had painting done 1 week prior to their work. Salesman was fine.

Chris was great. Showroom visit was thorough and explained all the process. Came to install on the promise date, bright and early. The installers worked non-stop and was finished quickly. The quality of work was amazing. Highly recommend RiteRug New Albany.

The installers were very efficient and polite. My reason for not giving a 5 ratings was because they left 2 boards on the garage floor with nails sticking up. I have 2 children ages 2 and 4.
