Julia has always responded promptly to my emails and has been very helpful with my flooring concerns and the process of getting repairs addressed. She is always pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with. I recently met Andrew for the first time when he came to assess my floors, which are splitting. He was very thorough, professional, and pleasant. He took the time to carefully evaluate the issue, and I appreciate his attention to detail. Based on my experience with both Julia and Andrew, I feel confident in their service and that my flooring issues will be properly addressed and repaired. I recently had my home first level floors installed with LVP. Tear out and leveling of the old floor was as clean as one would expect. Great group of people who answered all my questions. Catalina (sales rep) helped us pick out very nice flooring and kept me informed throughout the process for ordering the floor to the arrival of the installers. I would certainly use them again.

As a builder, I have Used Rite Rug For the homes that I have built for other builders and that is, why My wife and I bought our first home. I wanted them to do the flooring that was in the existing house, taking out carpet in some of the rooms and putting a new carpet and also having the resources that they provided we were able to locate the previous previous LVP flooring enable to make a smooth transition in two of the rooms of the laundry room and our downstairs wife office/library. I know that they also do other things as far as wire shelving, shower glass And also mirrors for your bathroom they are a great company and great set of people and they care very much of what they do. We also had a situation where the subfloor was not leveled the crew that was here. Did a phenomenal job by sanding down the area and then fixing the issue. It seemed that the previous homeowners had somebody come in and put in the LVP wood flooring and leveled out the area, but didn’t do it properly. Luckily this crew knew how to solve the issue and we are truly grateful. I highly recommend this company. We will be using them again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about RiteRug Flooring. From my very first call to the completed installation, the entire process took less than a week — which honestly blew me away. My floors look amazing. And they moved all the furniture very quickly. I can’t recommend them enough.

Overall, good experience and really good pricing. Only downside would be the communication. They can be a little bit hard to get a hold of. Also, we were scheduled for the crew to arrive between 8-10am. We got up early, to have everything prepped and ready to go. When no one arrived, we reached out, asking when they would be coming. Only then were we informed that the crew had taken a second small job that morning, and wouldn’t be arriving until 11-1pm. That would have been fine, but someone telling us ahead of time would have been nice.

We have worked with Rite rug for close to 8 years now and since Julie came on board a few years ago it’s made our jobs a lot easier. She has been a God sent. Great communication, jobs are scheduled and completed on time. Always pleasant and professional on the phone and the biggest- always texts back or picks up the phone when we call. Looking forward to continuing this partnership.

Clean and fast

There were some issues removing the previous flooring, but the issues were resolved & the job was done great!

Our order was delayed a couple times. We were told the carpet we chose was in stock, then it was in stock but at a different warehouse, we were given a time frame for when it would be delivered and that changed 2 times because of "delays" in getting it transferred. We asked if we could change to a similar style that was truly in stock at our location and they said no. Had we known, we would have chose a different one to begin with. This delay caused a delay in getting the house listed for sale. The guys who installed it did a wonderful job and communicated with us throughout the installation process to ensure it was installed how we wanted it.
