I just had a portion of my house carpeted by RightRug. Their representative Dee Bayro was very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. She gave me a fair price and delivered as promised. She represents RiteRug well. The installers were skilled, very accommodating, respectful of my property and did a beautiful job. We will not hesitate to use them again when needed.

It was a great experience. Anthony came with samples. He explained the process & gave us a couple of quotes for our choices. After closing the deal, we had installers here within a short time! We are real happy with the job & at a reasonable price!

If you are considering using Rite Rug, I would highly recommend asking for Matt! From start to finish, he provided excellent customer service. He was very professional, was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable when explaining the whole process. After the product came in, he was able to schedule the installation within just a couple of days. Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with the finished product!
