We had used Rite Rug before at a previous home so we reached out to them again. ***** the salesman was very professional and engaging. I called ************************** and she gave me appointment that worked into my schedule. *** came over and fix my concern and found a gap in a transmission piece. *** took notes gave them to **************** and then called and ordered a new transmission piece. *** came over as soon as the part came in and installed the new part. *** works is excellent and the floor looks perfect. The best way to rate a company is by how they solve an issue. I had ordered one color of flooring, they had installed another (I had left for work) and I let them know.
