We had a great experience with Rite Rug. Due to busy schedules we were unable to get to the Strongsville showroom. Rite Rug sent a Salesman (Doug) to our home. Doug was very professional and had a wide variety of samples on his van. He measured our house, explained the samples and prepared a quote all within an hour. Once, we made our selection Doug placed the order and scheduled the work. The installers arrived on time and did an excellent job installing our carpet. The process could not have been any easier. I had my whole downstairs done today with new flooring over my old hardwood. Christina was so helpful with the selection process and kept me updated all the time. The workers , Miguel and Jose arrived when they said they would and never stopped for 6 hours until it was all done. They made sure everything was done right!! I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend Christina Festa and Riterug of Strongsville, Ohio ‼️

Working with Rite Rug team was great. Karen was very helpful in carpet selection and offered good advice. We ran into a little snag which was immediately addressed and well taken care off.
