Friendly and polite...

Had to match an existing ceramic tile backsplash in my kitchen. My sales person "Carmen" went above and beyond what anyone would have expected to make sure the back splash would match. Ended up resulting in a special order which she took care of. You just don't see customer service like this much these days especially considering it was for such a small order. Thank you Carmen and RiteRug for being there when I needed you:)

I worked closely with Jessica Wilson on our home rug selections, especially for the nursery. She was thorough, professional, and pleasant to work with. She also helped me to obtain a reasonable price for our nursery rug and helped me to stay within budget. It was nice to work with her and I would highly recommend her. We would also be happy to work with her again!

After going to a couple of tile stores I chose RiteRug. My salesperson Jessica was helpful in helping me select my flooring. The price was a couple of hundred dollars less than the tile stores. The day of the installation the plumber Tony came and removed the toilet 🚽. Shortly after that the installers came to put the flooring in. And did a great job. About an hour later Chris the plumber 🪠 reinstalled the toilet. From start to finish everyone did a great job.

Exceptionally helpful staff.

I had a great experience with the sales, scheduling and installation of my carpet. They were very accommodating and friendly. The only negative experience is with the fumes off-gassed from the carpet. I have not been able to sleep in my home for 6 days now due to the odor causing me intense nausea and headaches. Perhaps I am just overly sensitive to it. Do not let this deter you from using Rite Rug.

Jessica, along with Judd and his team, were awesome to work with. The quality of work was exactly what we expected. What really made the experience so positive, (and why I would recommend their services to everyone) was the communication. From the beginning to the end, Jessica and Judd made sure we were taken care of and understood the process from start to finish.

We used Rite Rug Home for LVP flooring and a complete kitchen remodel. Very pleased with all their work. Jud & his crew completely gutted our outdated kitchen down to the studs and rebuilt it with beautiful cabinets, lighting, island, countertops, flooring. Crew was professional, on time, clean, and took great pride in their work. Had help from their designer Jessica to make selections that we love and were in our budget. Looking forward to continuing the remodel in our bathrooms soon- definitely sticking with Rite Rug Home!

My experience with RiteRug was100% positive. Korie Conley was fantastic. She helped me choose my flooring and even brought samples to my house to see what the floor would look like in the kitchen and bathroom. She was wonderful to work with. The installers were on time and did a great job installing the floor. I would highly recommend Kori and RiteRug and would use them again if I ever needed another floor.

Korie was very helpful with selecting carpet that was not going to be a long wait, and made the process very simple. The install crew was communicative and were efficient.

When my floors were laid they did not have the correct transition strips. Its a week later and still haven't heard anything from them. I called my sales person and was told it could be another week before I hear from them to set up a time to be installed. A bit frustrating considering everything has been pre-paid for a job thats not complete and its a week later and still no appointment set. What I do have looks good, I would just like it to be complete. Not sure why 2 transition strips takes so long to be available and to install. Its not like they are being stained, so I'm confused on the delay!
