Mr Jack Stein was very helpful. I feel like the price was fair. I but lvp for my kitchen and carpet for my living rooms. And he was able to help me match it up since the kitchen is off the living room and gave me a good price and was really nice I appreciate that

The 2 guys that came to install New pad and Carpet were very professional did a fantastic job in removing old Carpet and installing New. In and out in a little over 45 minutes. Great job

Earnest is the MAN!! We walked in on a Sunday and 3 days later I’m looking at my home redone with beautiful carpet. Ask for Earnest! He did not pressure us or try to upsell us at all. He helped find what we needed and was able to accommodate our schedule in getting it installed. I will be getting all my flooring from this RiteRug from now on.

My salesman, Ernest, went above and beyond in cooperating with working around our vacation and then the sale of our current furniture for us to schedule delivery. I was dreading picking out carpeting for a bedroom, but Jack Stein made it very quick and easy. Install day was just two days away, the installer came at the time he said he would, took out the old carpet installed the new, in about an hour and 20 minutes. The whole process couldn't have been better.

Sales person Amy Stone was great! Helped us decide on the right floor and was very personable and helpful! The price was the best we found for the same floor. The installers were great! Did the job, 3 bdrms and a closet in 4 hrs and did great work. They also helped with some heavy furniture and cleaned up well! We are very happy with the entire experience
