Great experience with Rite Rug on Broad St, Columbus. Earnest, salesperson, stayed within my budget & provided great communication. Installers showed up on time, did quality work & cleaned up too. Very happy with my new carpeting.

The flooring contractors were professional and did a quality job installing LVP in the basement and carpet on the stairs. The staff in the store were very helpful in explaining the installation process and in providing details on the differences in the types and qualities of the flooring.

We love our new floors! Overall, I think the install went fairly well, although we do notice a couple of marks or scratches in the new vinyl in the bathroom. They show up as a couple of black scratches, but it’s not too noticeable unless you look closely.
