RiteRug Flooring Outlet Columbus OH

Mitka and her installers are tip notch. The carpet is exceptional. Thanks!!

Responded to inquiries promptly. Delivery very smooth. All went well. Thank you!

I wanted new flooring for a room used a lot. I have coffee every morning and watch television there most evenings. Mitka was wonderful to work with for my project. She is located at the Poth Rd. location. She explained the differences regarding the products available. I took samples home and within the week my new floor was installed. I’m very pleased with the quality of the flooring as well as the value. Urban did the installation and he went above and beyond to do an excellent job. I highly recommend RiteRug and Mitka.

Great prices and selection. Very knowledgeable!

The guys did a beautiful job on the two flights of stairs we had them do. One set were the wrap-around type which I know are rather challenging but they came out perfectly. Will definitely use them again.

They installed a new laminate flooring and the installation went well, crew was fantastic

Haley Crago helped me in replacing the defective flooring with new flooring of the same quality. The ease and professionalism in the installation and the two men who replaced the old flooring was greatly appreciated. I like working with Rite Rug and Haley Crago. Thank you.

Received exceptional customer service with Mitka!! From the time I walked in, she was very tentative and helped with my needs and questions. As an elderly person, this is seldom seen, it’s not the norm in businesses or commercialism today. But the customer service was excellent. & she took time to explain& answer all of my questions. Again, thanks for your outstanding service.

Excellent job by Mitka’s team. Response was was fast, and new carpet was selected and installed within 2 days from request. It’s 2nd time we are using your team to service our rental property in Dublin. Tnx, Dr. Malkov
