Our installer was very good. Knew what he was doing and was very neat.

We just had 4 rooms of Rug Flooring, A hall and stairs rugs installed by Rite Rug, over a three-day period. I can honestly say that this was an extremely professional installation. Everything was completed perfectly, on time. Furniture was moved carefully and correctly. Following the installations a complete clean-up was done. The two individuals completing the installation were perfect. If you want a great Rug experience, get Rite Rug I am not employed by Rit Rug, just a homeowner from Cranberry Township

The technician who completed our service this morning was outstanding. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he was from Brazil. He worked quickly and efficiently, and the finished job was excellent. I offered him coffee while he worked, and after he finished, he used the translator on his phone to explain that he would have washed his cup but couldn’t find a sponge. He had rinsed it and neatly placed it in the sink. It was such a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture, and it reflected the care and respect he showed throughout the entire visit. He was professional, skilled, courteous, and genuinely considerate. I hope the company can identify him and recognize him for providing such exceptional service.

Good install. And workers cleaned up and also redid two steps/landings that had stains in new carpet

The installers did a fantastic job. The only issues we had were the truck broke down on the original day of install & the communication wasn't the best on the follow up day. Once everything got resolved the job went well. Would recommend them!!

Tim was great!! Very prompt and efficient. We even had to have our carpet trimmed down some and rebound and the person who came to do that was finished in half an hour. The rug looks perfect. Would use them again and will recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a rug!!! Very reasonable price too!!! 😊
