We had a really great experience with Jordan at Rite Rug! He was super helpful, easy to talk to, and made picking out carpet a lot less overwhelming. He answered all of our questions and gave us good recommendations. The whole process was really easy and the installation went smoothly too. We're really happy with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend asking for Jordan!

The order to ship time was longer than I expected. Once the carpet arrived in the warehouse, I got a call the same day to schedule installation. I was able to pick the date and time I wanted for the installation. The Riterug installation team was outstanding. The three person team gave me a call to tell me they would arrive in 35 minutes. After their on time arrival, they went right to work and finished before the scheduled time. The supervisor made sure I was satisfied with the installation and cleanup, which I was for both.

Service at the store was helpful and courteous. Installation was scheduled quickly and the installers were on time, respectful, and efficient. This is my first experience with flooring from RiteRug. I will be a repeat customer.

Went over and above what they had to do. Before they left they asked if we wanted them to move the mattress. That made my day because my husband and I struggled to get it off the bed and out of the way. They picked it up like it was nothing!
