We had a bunch of questions and Kim Henderson was great at getting back and had answers for them all the installers were very helpful and nice and hardworking. The price was very reasonable and quality was outstanding we are hoping to get carpet for our sanctuary next year and we will call your place first.will also call when I have flooring needs for my house thank you very much St John Church Ron luck

The team who came to install our carpet did a professional job. They moved our furniture with care and efficiency. We were worried about the electric bed and how they would move it out of the way in our small room. The leader assured us they would be able to take it apart and move it out of the room, they did this all the time. They also put the bed back together and gave me time to put the bed skirt back on before replacing the mattress and helped too! They didn’t rush us and made sure furniture was were we wanted it. They even swept the carpet before putting things back. We did pay for the furniture removal when we bought the carpet and I highly recommend it. The carpet looks great! The seam is well hiden and the thresholds are finished expertly. We are extremely happy with the job and the carpet. Thank you to the great team!

We worked with Kim to help us with our project. She did an awesome job helping us. The installers were quick and efficient and did a fantastic job!
We had a really great experience with Jordan at Rite Rug! He was super helpful, easy to talk to, and made picking out carpet a lot less overwhelming. He answered all of our questions and gave us good recommendations. The whole process was really easy and the installation went smoothly too. We're really happy with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend asking for Jordan!

The order to ship time was longer than I expected. Once the carpet arrived in the warehouse, I got a call the same day to schedule installation. I was able to pick the date and time I wanted for the installation. The Riterug installation team was outstanding. The three person team gave me a call to tell me they would arrive in 35 minutes. After their on time arrival, they went right to work and finished before the scheduled time. The supervisor made sure I was satisfied with the installation and cleanup, which I was for both.

Went over and above what they had to do. Before they left they asked if we wanted them to move the mattress. That made my day because my husband and I struggled to get it off the bed and out of the way. They picked it up like it was nothing!
