The lady who came to do the initial consult was nice and professional. She was quick and it was obvious she know what she was doing. We had new carpet installed in the whole house. They did an amazing job and it looks great. The transition between the carpet and flooring were immaculate, we didn't have to install anything between them. We're moving and they were great with last minute requests.

The installer was late as they were stuck in traffic. I would have liked better communication about that. I couldn't be happier with how the carpet turned out

Very positive experience! Rachel, the sales representative, was fantastic, she went above and beyond calling around to find the discontinued flooring that matched what we have in our home. After that, things moved quickly and smoothly, the install was scheduled a few days later and the crew was great, very professional and efficient. End result, we have the same flooring throughout the house and it looks amazing.

Rachel and crew were OUTSTANDING! Everything we wanted. She gave great direction in finding a floor that suits our special needs. (Hearing is an issue and noise is a problem). The plank is gorgeous; the karastan carpet is beautiful! She went above and beyond to find what we needed. The installation was professional and fabulous. We would give 10 stars if we could! And the prices are awesome!!
