Jamie at the Powell store did a great job of working with us in finding the carpet that we wanted. The entire process from ordering, to scheduling, to the final product was done in a prompt, professional manner!

Jamie was very helpful matching our 13 year old wood floor! He matched the quarter round shape and paint. Installers were on time and worked diligently to finish in record time!

Our new floors look great. Complete game changer for our condo. Our sales associate Paul Kendrick pointed us in the right direction in terms of what would be the best quality of flooring for our money. He didn't push us into making a decision and guided us thru the whole process and got it done with in our desired time frame. As for the install crew, they had an extremely tough job busting up the old hardwood but they did it and then installed over 1000 square feet in 2 days. A great job that not many people want to take on. 5 stars across the board

Really from start to finish we had a very very good experience with our Rite Rug sales person as well as the installers. Our salesman Rick was extremely helpful in identifying a product and in a color that would match our existing would work. He also was very helpful in making the financial aspect of replacing our flooring work within our budget. The folks that did the installation were very professional. I feel like they did a very nice job, both removing the existing flooring and installing the new flooring. I would certainly recommend Rite Rug to someone who was looking to replace existing or install new flooring.

Outstanding experience! Our salesperson,Paul was great He listened to our needs and found the flooring we were looking for. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and answered our questions. The installation crew was great as well. They worked hard and exceeded our expectations in every way . They cleaned up very well and the flooring looks great! We used Rire Rug for a project a couple of years ago with similar results. I recommend Rite Rug for any flooring needs

Good product, installation was great, good price. Only negative was lack of communication in terms of timeframe for installation.

The installation was done well/ the scheduling isnt very customer friendly should really tell you when they can come and do your work without having to miss work. Or be open on the weekends to do it it wasn't an option. Other than that, that was impressive of one man carpet land machine.

Great store. Helped my wife make a selection for new flooring. We had it installed last week and it looks fabulous.

They missed one of our bedrooms in the estimate. They did come back and do the missed room 2 days later. They badly scuffed door thresholds/ trim in every area they replaced the carpet. We just had painting done 1 week prior to their work. Salesman was fine.

Riterug team did an amazing job to install the carpet in the basement of our home in Reynoldsburg OH on Tuesday 08/18/2026. They showed accuracy, consistency, responsibility and maintenance of quality

Delivery took longer than predicted and the shop seemed a little disconnected from the retail operation. Rugs came with some disturbing foot prints on them but they vacuumed up well. Should never have been sent out that dirty.

Installer was very good, very fast, neat, and friendly. Also I appreciated the fact that Rite Rug held our carpet for much longer than we thought they would need to as we prepared our steps. Also we really like the carpet. Thank you!

Our salesman (Kevin White) was great. Kept in touch with every step of the process. The installers were fantastic. Very professional and work was performed perfectly.
