We had the opportunity to work with Lisa Day at Rite Rug. She was incredible from explaining all the different kinds of carpet we were looking at to communicating with us by phone and email about the quote and install set up. Thanks for your patience with us Lisa. Installers called 30 minutes before arriving and arrived on time. They were courteous of our home and made sure we were pleased with the work before leaving. Our new carpet looks great! We will definitely recommend and continue to use Rite Rug in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Rite Rug Flooring! Mark McBride was my salesperson, and I appreciate his help with the project. They installed LVP in my two upstairs bathrooms, and I’m so happy with how they turned out. The new flooring looks beautiful and really refreshed both spaces. We had hardwood flooring installed in our house and 1 plank started raising up. It was in the middle of the kitchen and very obvious. I reached out to the installer, Eric Stembridge . He sent out a crew to evaluate the plank and replace it. Unfortunately we did not have any of the material left so he had to order it. He called me this week and told me the planks were in. We set a time, his crew showed up exactly when they were supposed to and replaced the one defective plank. Did a beautiful job. What wonderful customer service! Thank you, Eric, You’re the best!

The price was ALOT cheaper than we had thought it was going to be. We had 4 bedrooms with closets, staircase,and a bonus room needing carpet replaced. The crew came in and moved furniture and got all the carpet installed the same day. They also put everything back the way it was when they got here. Very professional on every aspect and every level of the company. Highly impressed and highly recommend.

RiteRug provided excellent service on our new carpet installation! When we were in need to have the carpet installed promptly, they were the first to respond. The Representative arrived the next day, measured the areas and provided samples to choose from. We were able to schedule the installation within a week. He was great at communicating during the whole process! We asked for some additional service and they obliged beyond our expectation. We would definitely recommend RiteRug for your Flooring or Carpet installation!
