Very happy with quality of LVP and carpet both. My home looks fabulous I would only recommend customers be advised about the amount of dust that lingers and be advised to change furnace filter promptly.

The installer was absolutely wonderful!

The crew came for install on a Saturday which was awesome in itself. There were 2 guys- one younger gentleman I did not get his name -was so courteous and friendly. They knocked it out very professionally. Love the carpet. I am a repeat customer already and will be back.

Chris was great. Showroom visit was thorough and explained all the process. Came to install on the promise date, bright and early. The installers worked non-stop and was finished quickly. The quality of work was amazing. Highly recommend RiteRug New Albany.

The guys were very efficient. Hardwood floor looks great. Also glad we chose the hollywood roll on the stairs. Wonderful experience all around. Sales staff were super helpful and installers were very skilled.

During the sales process I emphasized several times I need the floor completed bt 8/10. They kept telling me that would not be a problem. The install was scheduled on 8/4. The sales guy called on 8/3 and said all the material was not in need to delay a week being 8/11. I had a problem with that but what choice did I have at this point! It looks good and the installer was very friendly. He helped move some larger items back into the room.

Great job. Installation was trouble free. Great installer who did a great job. He showed a couple of installation patterns for the floor tiles to illustrate how the floor could look with one approach versus another.

The men removing my tile and carpet were excellent They also did a wonderful job laying my Luxury Vinyl flooring. They were efficient and very detailed in creating a beautiful final product. The only bad experience was the plumbers that extremely overpriced the toilet and sink work they did. Otherwise, I was very satisfied and would highly recommend Rite Rug.

Chris in the New Albany store was amazing. He was friendly, lively and kind. He explained everything clearly. The guy that was sent out to install the carpets we was polite, efficient and did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend!!!

No hassle from selection, measurements to install for two bedrooms .Moved all major furniture and disassembled beds , removed old carpet, cleaned up and installed new carpets and put all furniture back in place in Three hrs!! Nice quality at a great price
