Carpet looks great, but there was some scarring/scratching of the walls and bannisters in the stairwell and hallway. However, I understand this is almost unavoidable given the shoe of the stairwell. Overall I’m very pleased with the results.

Natalie was great to work with in getting an estimate and purchase for our carpet installation! She listened to our needs and brought carpet samples to choose from. She explained the process, set a date for our installation and the actual installation was completed in less than a day. The installation workers were great, too! I would recommend using this company.

Natalie was great. She came on a Saturday! Got things set up and I had my new floors by Wednesday afternoon! The contractors that arrived were very pleasant and remembered me from the last time!
