Dos Amigos Jose y Miquel = Perfecto

Fantastic experience. Highly recommend.!!

The complete process went perfect, from buying to the finished installation would highly recommend.

Always an amazing job!

I had my whole downstairs done today with new flooring over my old hardwood. Christina was so helpful with the selection process and kept me updated all the time. The workers , Miguel and Jose arrived when they said they would and never stopped for 6 hours until it was all done. They made sure everything was done right!! I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend Christina Festa and Riterug of Strongsville, Ohio ‼️

Ok the carpet in one room was measured wrong and torn so it was left undone until the carpet came in stock asked for a discount due to inconvenience and they denied it but it looked when it was done so just a mediocre experience.

Great price and installation was timely and professionally done.

After having so many issues with empire carpet I came across this business when searching for someone else to install our carpet. The whole process from the beginning has been great . The Salesman and installers were all very professional and did amazing work. Thank you so much! I will definitely be continuing business with you all for the rest of the house 😊

Great.choice of floor materials and carpets. We love what we picked and it goes beautifully with our new paint colors.

Good like it

Working with Rite Rug team was great. Karen was very helpful in carpet selection and offered good advice. We ran into a little snag which was immediately addressed and well taken care off. Salvatore and his install crew did an excellent job and worked very hard. They were very kind and efficient. Overall, very satisfied with the total experience. I would recommend Rite Rug

Our experience from working with Brandon (RiteRug) to the installation process has been top notch. The communication was great and we couldn’t be happier with choosing your company. The installers as well were polite, hard working, and did a fantastic job. From a fair price to quality of work we are very pleased. We have already made referrals to our friend, and to contact Brandon who is a pleasure to deal with. A big thumbs up to the employees you have hired that we dealt with.

Super fast and seamless process from quote to install. Doug was great and the team who installed our carpet was great!

The company was amazing from start to finish. Install looks great and they were very professional. The crew that came was great and even taught my kids how to install carpet.

Great price and excellent service. Our carpet was installed within a couple of days.

I want to give an excellent rating for our installer. His Name is Enrique.. He was by himself and worked tirelessly til complete! Very professional and I hope these comments make their way to him. Thank you!
