RiteRug Flooring Westerville OH

Great customer service. Real quality product and top notch installation. Recommend.

Good price and a quality install

Installer called with estimated time . He was polite and thorough and cleaned up after he was finished.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

TJ at the Westerville store was fantastic to work with throughout this whole process, and the guys that installed the carpet and hardwood did a Phenomenal Job! The speed, the craftsmanship, the friendliness and timeliness were all on point! Very very impressed and so happy with my new flooring!

The floor looks great.

Wonderful experience from start to finish - couldn’t be happier. Special shoutout to Jon, who helped us find a remnant to perfectly match our other carpet and answered all of my questions.

Good price and super fast install. Will go back for future carpet needs

Very pleased with the service and job that installers did

Rite Rug did a fantastic job replacing our carpet. The process was easy and very organized from the initial phone call to the final installation. The installers worked very quickly and efficiently and I was surprised that they finished the job in just about 4 hours. Thanks for the great result!

Pocket approved and kids approved of the final work

Great quality work in just one day!!

Excellent job. Very professional.

Sales and install went great! Sales person and installers were very professional and easy to work with.

The installers were very efficient and polite. My reason for not giving a 5 ratings was because they left 2 boards on the garage floor with nails sticking up. I have 2 children ages 2 and 4.

I would give them a five, but there are no transition strips from the old carpet to new and you can really tell the difference. I was not offered.

Install crew was great. Did three rooms and basement stairs in less than three hours. They cleaned up and the end result looks great. I would recommend RiteRug without hesitation.

Quick install even on a stormy day. Installers w Ere on time and cleaned up when finished

Hello.. Thanks for asking!!.. First of all I had the most professional.. With a Big Personality..detail oriented and kind Sales Rep.. Her name is Kimberly…Secondly, the installers where very detail oriented and professional…They were cleaning up behind themselves as they were installing the floor.. (they where working as a team)..The floor looks and feel excellent!.. I would appreciate it if you give all these individuals a big award for making your company shine and a job well done!!..

Salesman was great and so was the installer.

Jonathan was fabulous from the Westerville location. The installers also did a fantastic job!
