Jennifer was easy to speak and deal with. The installers did not speak English so communication was a challenge at times. However installers were very accommodating. Only replaced carpet downstairs and bottom step of staircase. Carpet for the bottom step did not match well with replaced downstair carpet. That was disappointing. However, overall satisfied.

I had a great experience. I chose the color and texture at home. The representative was helpful in making a choice. The total price was presented up front. The installation was promised in 7- 10 days and was completed in 8 days. I highly recommend!

I had carpet installed last week by Rite Rug. My sales consultant, Herbert, was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He showed me a variety of options from well-known, quality manufacturers. The installers arrived a few minutes ahead of the time window I was given, and got right to work. They were very polite and efficient. I'm extremely happy with the new carpet and with my experience with the team at Rite Rug. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The team at Rite rug did a great job!! Jennifer was awesome. She helped me figure out the colors that would work best with my already existing flooring. I’m very pleased and scheduling them to do our stairs next.

Rite Rug representative came out with samples and assisted on picking a good quality padding and carpet which would work well wall color and wood floors. The installers came out early, I did a walk through with them before starting, and they proceeded to remove the old carpet very efficiently. The installers were quite patient with me observing and asking questions. They cleaned as they worked and when all the carpet and debris had been removed they let me know so I could inspect the flooring for any discrepancies. Afterwards they installed the padding, carpet, and performed another cleaning before having me do a walkthrough. All in all I would highly recommend them, very affordable, friendly, and efficient. If I need carpet at my next home I know who to call.

The tile install was excellent and looks absolutely great.

I did not work with this team directly. I’m in the process of selling my house in SC and my realtor coordinated this business on my behalf. I’m thankful it seems they were able to fit in my tight timeline to replace all the carpet in my house so I could quickly get it on the market. They were reasonably priced and from the pictures, it looks great!
