I’m moving to a new house and wanted new carpet installed. I’ve done business with RiteRug in the past and had a great experience. Robert Ederer was the sales rep I dealt with. This was the second time Robert has helped me. His great service was the reason I returned to RiteRug for this job. As before Robert advised me on selecting the carpet and managing the installation. The installers were on time, efficient, friendly, respectful and did a great job. So when I want carpet in the future RiteRug will be at the top of my list.

I had a problem with a major leak in the room where the carpet was going. Robert Exeter delayed the installation for more the 2 months until I got the leak repaired and restored the floor. He really helped us out of our problem. Thank you, RiteRug!

When my wife and I arrived at RiteRug we were greeted by Robert who was not only very easy going and a joy to work with, but extremely knowledgeable about the business and he also came and did our measuring. On Wednesday the 30th when the two gentleman came and did our flooring, it was amazing!! They were thorough, efficient, amazingly fast, with a great attention to detail. An excellent job. We had an excellent experience with Rite Rug from start to finish. Robert, the salesman was very knowledgeable, helped us in choosing the correct carpet, and came out and measured for our carpet. The installation was just as impressive. The installers were very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. They took pride in their work and everything looked great. We are extremely happy with our new carpet and would definitely recommend Rite Rug to anyone looking for quality carpet and excellent service at a great price. Thank you Rite Rug!

The only reason they are getting a 4 star is because of Chuck Thomas and the installation crew! We had a flood inside of our home. Our neighbors hired Rite Rug for their flooring. The initial salesman that we encountered was Chuck Thomas, and he was extremely informative. The neighbors recommended a different salesman, and he showed up in the middle of our conversation and took over. We actually ended up going with the recommendation that Chuck had. We worked with the other salesman for pricing and installation. We special ordered our flooring and knew it would be a couple weeks. I called one week in advance and scheduled for install and was told it would be OK. The day of installation nobody showed up and there was no phone calls. I called the salesman who told me my phone was not accepting phone calls. Said our flooring was not in stock yet and he would call me back with an install date, which never happened. Then blocked my phone number or stopped responding to my two additional text messages that I sent. We went into Rite Rug due to no response and no call back from the salesman, and encountered Chuck Thomas again, who actually took the time to sit down with us, look at our account, and see what the holdup was. He informed us that we were, in fact, already scheduled for install (which we were not informed of by the previous salesman), he reviewed our entire account, submitted our credit that was due to our account due to a difference in square footage coverage, that also was not addressed by the previous salesman. He reviewed the install supplies and added some things that were missing. He then printed everything out for us along with writing down the install date and his initials. The installation crew were absolutely amazing. The floors are beautiful. We highly recommend Rite Rug but even more so we highly, highly recommend Chuck Thomas.

Will did a great job. helping me decide on what materials to use. There was just a couple hiccups in installation, but overall the installation of both carpet and flooring turned out great I’m very pleased.

Great selection, knowabagle staff, and a price I could live with!

Installation of carpets was well done, and the price I paid for the quality of carpet I received was satisfactory. It took far too long to get the carpet installed though - several weeks of waiting. Communication was poor; the salesman was often difficult to reach, and sometimes just ignored me completely. I had to call his manager at least twice just to get my messages answered and calls returned. It was more of a hassle than it needed to be, but I was happy with the new carpets when the job was done.

Wonderful experiences! Answered all questions no high pressure. Great choices.
