Great Experience Overall!
We worked with Rachel Campbell and she was great. She met us to measure rooms on a tight timeline during our inspection and made great suggestions. She then met us again on short notice to show more carpet samples. She also worked with us on budget and ensured our carpets were installed on time. Alfonso, our installer, was also excellent. He showed up on time and worked quickly and got the entire home re carpeted in one day. Great experience overall! Thanks Rachel and Alfonso!

The lady who came to do the initial consult was nice and professional. She was quick and it was obvious she know what she was doing. We had new carpet installed in the whole house. They did an amazing job and it looks great. The transition between the carpet and flooring were immaculate, we didn't have to install anything between them. We're moving and they were great with last minute requests.

Very positive experience! Rachel, the sales representative, was fantastic, she went above and beyond calling around to find the discontinued flooring that matched what we have in our home. After that, things moved quickly and smoothly, the install was scheduled a few days later and the crew was great, very professional and efficient. End result, we have the same flooring throughout the house and it looks amazing.

We have used Rachel and RiteRug numerous times over the years and at multiple houses. every experience has been great. Rachel and crew were OUTSTANDING! Everything we wanted. She gave great direction in finding a floor that suits our special needs. (Hearing is an issue and noise is a problem). The plank is gorgeous; the karastan carpet is beautiful! She went above and beyond to find what we needed. The installation was professional and fabulous. We would give 10 stars if we could! And the prices are awesome!!
