Rachel and crew were OUTSTANDING! Everything we wanted. She gave great direction in finding a floor that suits our special needs. (Hearing is an issue and noise is a problem). The plank is gorgeous; the karastan carpet is beautiful! She went above and beyond to find what we needed. The installation was professional and fabulous. We would give 10 stars if we could! And the prices are awesome!!

Our point of contact was Laura D. She was excellent. Very informative, very professional, and incredibly responsive to texts even when traveling. We had to delay a week due to extreme heat. The next week the workers did not call or show due to issues with the work truck on the first day. This made it a day late getting done. (3 long work days). However, we did not mind at all and the finished product was amazing. Overall we would highly recommend Rite Rug and we were especially pleased with the customer service from Lauren D., and most importantly the finished product is exactly what we wanted. Regrettably I did not get pictures of our old carpet but these photos show post demolition. Showing some of the components of leveling and the finished product.

Just had Brandy laminate wood flooring installed upstairs and I absolutely love it. The team did a great job! They were fast with great quality of work. I would highly recommend them.

Lauren was excellent. She explained the process, walked thru the house to let me know if I needed to move anything else. She brought samples and helped me choose the best match since I needed to match existing carpet. On carpet day the manager sent a text to let me know when to expect the crew. The crew was on time, respectful and cleaned up after themselves, carried the carpet remnant to basement for me, moved furniture back where it was. And most importantly they were done in less than 4 hours. Bravo. I will recommend Rite Rug to anyone looking for new flooring.

The workers were prompt, neat and highly efficient. The 2 gentlemen arrived on time, moved my furniture out of the master bedroom and removed the vinyl plank flooring. They then laid the new carpet moved the furniture back in and cleaned up the space. It only took them a couple of hours to accomplish it all (to my satisfaction).

We love our new floor! I thought it was all too good to be true. However I was incorrect. The price was very reasonable and affordable. The sales person, Rachel was outstanding! Installation took place on time and the crew worked very hard. We can’t wait to use you again! Great job all around.
