The floor installation team did great job removing old kitchen flooring leveling and laying new floor.

She was incredible from explaining all the different kinds of carpet we were looking at to communicating with us by phone and email about the quote and install set up. Thanks for your patience with us Lisa. Installers called 30 minutes before arriving and arrived on time. They were courteous of our home and made sure we were pleased with the work before leaving. Our new carpet looks great! We will definitely recommend and continue to use Rite Rug in the future.

Very positive experience! Rachel, the sales representative, was fantastic, she went above and beyond calling around to find the discontinued flooring that matched what we have in our home. After that, things moved quickly and smoothly, the install was scheduled a few days later and the crew was great, very professional and efficient. End result, we have the same flooring throughout the house and it looks amazing.

Very efficient and clean

The guys did a beautiful job on the two flights of stairs we had them do. One set were the wrap-around type which I know are rather challenging but they came out perfectly. Will definitely use them again.

We purchased a hardwood floor. The price was very good. The quality of the floor is excellent. The installers did a nice job. We needed to have the transition between the new, thicker hardwood floor and our carpet, leveled. The repair person was on time and the transition is now fixed. We are very happy with our service and will return for new carpets.

Murfreesboro Tennessee Great experience. Mathieu Williams was great and patient as we popped a thousand questions and the pros and cons of top three choices. Install crew prompt and courteous on day of install. Completed whole 4 BR home in less than a day given fhe worst weather possible. Impressed how crew cleared trash as it accumulated for optimal working conditions and was impressed with efficiency and how little waste product. Highly competitive pricing as the project total beat two other quotes by $3500 and $5100 respectively. Photo shows old floor (dark) vs new floor. Other great plus was RiteRug had 24 months same as cash financing vs competitors only having 12 months financing! It is also pup approved! Highly Recommend!. Just had Rite Rug complete remaining flooring of room previously unaccessible. Service techs arrived as schedule and completed instsllation of new and removal of old fooring expediously. Perfect match up. You cannot tell jobs were perforned two years apart! Will definitely use for next flooring project!

Great work. We had ~1000 square ft of carpet placed, plus removing the old carpet, which took about 6 hours. This included 3 bedrooms, 4 closets, a hallway, and 2 staircases. I had to do a decent amount of vacuuming afterwards to get all the stray carpet bits up, but the placement of the carpet looks great. We're very happy.

Installer called with estimated time . He was polite and thorough and cleaned up after he was finished.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
